The rules for using Skimbly, in plain language.
Last updated October 24, 2026
Skimbly is operated by Wensity Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U62013UW2026PTC256410) with its registered office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. These terms are an agreement between you and us (“Skimbly”, “we”). By creating an account or using Skimbly, you agree to them. If you use Skimbly for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Skimbly lets you write posts, schedule them and publish them to the social networks you connect: Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram and X. We improve it all the time, so features may change. If we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you first.
Don't use Skimbly to:
We may suspend accounts that do, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only so we can run Skimbly for you: saving drafts, showing previews, and posting to the accounts you choose, at the times you choose.
You are responsible for what you post, and for having the right to post it.
Each network has its own rules. When you post through Skimbly you must follow them, for example LinkedIn's, Instagram's, Threads', X's and Bluesky's terms.
Networks decide what they accept. They can reject a post, change their rules or limit access, and we can't control that. Skimbly does not guarantee that every post will be accepted or shown.
Skimbly has a free plan and paid plans, shown on pricing. Paid plans are sold by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which takes payment and handles tax. Its terms apply to the purchase.
Payments are final and not refundable, including when you cancel or stop using Skimbly before the end of a period. The one exception: if we shut Skimbly down, we refund the unused part of your paid period.
X charges for each post sent through its API, so paid plans include a monthly number of X credits. A post to X uses 1 credit, or 5 when it has a link. Follow-ups count as posts. Credits start again on the 1st of each month, don't carry over and have no cash value. If X changes what it charges, we may change how many credits a post uses, and we will tell you first.
We work hard to keep Skimbly running and to post on time, and we retry when a network fails. But no service is perfect: Skimbly is provided “as is”, and we can't promise it will always be available, or that every post will go out at the exact minute or be accepted by every network.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Skimbly or others at risk. If we ever shut Skimbly down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund unused paid time.
As far as the law allows, Skimbly is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost followers or missed opportunities, or for what the networks do with your posts. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them there.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before. Using Skimbly after that means you accept them.
