Questions
Yes. Upgrading starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan starts when the current period ends.
Nothing is deleted. Scheduled posts still go out to Bluesky, LinkedIn, Threads and Instagram. X stops on Free, and new posts count toward the smaller plan's limits.
X charges for every post sent through its API, and much more for posts with a link. Credits keep that fair: 1 per post, 5 with a link. Every other network is free to post to.
No. Limits start again on the 1st of each month, in your timezone.
A year costs about two months less than paying monthly, billed once. You can switch between monthly and yearly when your period renews.
Any time, from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
