How to delete your data
In the app: log in, open Settings, go to Delete account and confirm. It happens at once.
By email: write to hello@skimbly.com from the address you log in with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
One network only: disconnect the account on the Accounts page. That deletes its tokens and cancels its scheduled posts. You can also remove Skimbly's access in the network's own settings (for Facebook, Instagram and Threads: Settings, Apps and websites).
What gets deleted
- Your profile: email, name and settings.
- Your posts, drafts, follow-ups, templates, signatures and tags.
- Your uploaded images and videos.
- Your connected accounts and their encrypted tokens and app passwords.
What stays, and for how long
Posts already published stay on the networks: delete them there if you want them gone. Database backups may hold your data for up to 30 days, until they expire. Payment and tax records are kept by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, as the law requires.
See the privacy policy for everything we collect and why.
